1. Hatha yoga

3. Vinyasa Yoga

4. Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga includes six blocks that consist of special asanas. Each asana and each series is “given” to a student when their teacher decides they have mastered the previous one.

5. Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slower style of yoga in which poses are held for a minute and eventually up to five minutes or more.

6. Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is known also as anti-gravity yoga. During aerial yoga classes, you do traditional yoga classes with the added support of a strong, silky hammock that hangs from the ceiling.
